During a studio course last year I learned about Andy Goldsworthy’s ephermal art. His work is incredibly beautiful. While we were walking at Teton National Park I found a bunch of ephermal sculptures that were amazing and fit in so perfectly with their surroundings. That’s what I love about this art.
Before we left I made my own little one. I used 5 rocks not realizing the connection that there are 5 of us traveling. Being in nature definitely helps you tune in even when you don’t realize it. My work was a representation of all of us and our experiences together.
